In development · Not a promise, a plan

Impact you can verify on-chain.

Every Worthmore membership already sets 15% aside into a member-directed Impact Pool. The Impact Token is our plan to put that pool on transparent rails — where every kroner in, every kroner out, and every vote on where it flows is traceable by anyone.

The Impact Token is a development project, not an offering. Nothing on this page is financial advice, a guarantee of launch, or a promise of value. What's guaranteed is the pool itself — funded by members, today.

Why bother tokenizing giving?

Because charity runs on trust, and trust is exactly what's broken.

You can't see where it goes

Traditional giving is a black box. Money enters a foundation, a report appears eighteen months later, and you take the overhead on faith.

You can't trace the path

Between your donation and the project on the ground sit intermediaries, currency conversions, and admin layers — each one invisible, each one taking a cut.

You don't get a say

The people funding the pool rarely choose what it funds. Decisions happen in boardrooms, not among contributors.

A public ledger fixes all three at once. That's not crypto ideology — it's just the right database for money that belongs to a community.

The design

What the Impact Token is being built to do.

Transparent by default

Every inflow from memberships and every outflow to a project is designed to be a public, on-chain record. Not an annual PDF — a live ledger anyone can audit at any time.

Traceable to the outcome

Funded projects report milestones against on-chain disbursements, so a contribution can be followed from your membership to a well, a classroom, a reforested hectare.

Governed by members

Token-weighted signalling on which vetted causes the pool funds next. The people who fill the pool steer the pool — that's the whole point.

Anchored in something real

This isn't a token in search of a purpose. The Impact Pool already exists and grows with every membership — 15% of real revenue, set aside from day one. Tokenization adds rails, not hype.

Retroactive by design

The earliest believers get remembered first.

Most token launches reward whoever shows up on launch day with the fastest bot. Ours is designed to look backwards. If the Impact Token launches in earnest, allocation is intended to be retroactive — weighted by how early your membership activated, because you funded the pool before there was anything in it for you.

Snapshot by activation date

Your membership activation date is the timestamp that matters. It's already being recorded — nothing to register, stake, or claim today.

Earlier = heavier

The retroactive design weights earlier activation dates above later ones. Genesis members — active before any launch — carry the highest intended weight.

Membership over speculation

Eligibility flows from being a paying member funding real impact — not from buying a whitelist spot. You can't farm this; you can only be early.

Now

ACCRUING

The pool is filling — internally

15% of every Worthmore membership is set aside into the Impact Pool, held and accounted internally while we grow. Crypto members' activation dates are recorded automatically — this is the data a retroactive snapshot would read from.

At 1,000 members

LAUNCH

The pool goes live

When we cross 1,000 members, the Impact Pool launches in earnest: members start directing where the accumulated funds flow, and the first member-chosen disbursements go out.

BUILDING

Token design & rails

Token mechanics, chain selection, custody, and the legal wrapper for compliant, transparent impact distribution in the EU. We ship this properly or not at all.

If we launch

INTENDED

Retroactive genesis

At token launch, allocation is designed to look backwards first: members are weighted by activation date, with the earliest supporters carrying the highest weight. Support now, recognized later.

Beyond

VISION

Open impact infrastructure

A pool any member can steer, any outsider can audit, and any project can plug into with verifiable milestone reporting. Impact as public infrastructure.

The part most projects put in 6pt font.

The Impact Token does not exist yet. It may launch late, launch differently than described here, or — if we can't do it compliantly and honestly — not launch at all. Nothing here is an offer, a security, an investment, or financial advice, and no allocation, value, or utility is guaranteed. Until we reach 1,000 members, the Impact Pool itself is held and accounted internally by Worthmore rather than deployed on-chain.

Here's what is real today: a working mobile service on 3's network, an Impact Pool accruing 15% of every membership, and a recorded activation date for every member. If the token launches, that record is the foundation. If it doesn't, you still got a world-class phone plan that funds causes members choose. That's the deal — asymmetric in your favor.

Your snapshot date starts the day your SIM does.

One crypto payment gets you 6 or 12 months of 200 GB 5G, your number ported, real impact funded — and a genesis-era activation date on the books.
