Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a membership from Worthmore ApS ("Worthmore", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

2.1 What You Get

A Worthmore membership (150 kr/month) includes:

  • A premium Scandinavian SIM card with unlimited calls, unlimited data, and EU roaming
  • A 10% contribution from your membership fee directed to community-selected impact projects
  • The ability to vote on upcoming impact initiatives
  • Access to your membership dashboard

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Denmark or an EU/EEA country to subscribe. One membership per person.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing & Payments

3.1 Subscription Billing

Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

3.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 additional times. If all attempts fail, your membership may be paused or cancelled. You will be notified by email.

3.3 Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Mobile Subscription

4.1 SIM Service

The mobile subscription is provided through our network partner and operates on their infrastructure. Service availability, coverage, and speeds depend on the network partner's infrastructure and are subject to their fair-use policies.

4.2 Fair Use

"Unlimited" data is subject to a fair-use policy. If your usage significantly exceeds typical consumer patterns, we may contact you to discuss your usage or apply temporary speed restrictions in accordance with our network partner's terms.

4.3 Number Portability

You may port your existing number to Worthmore or port your Worthmore number to another provider, in accordance with Danish telecommunications regulations.

5. Impact Contribution

10% of each membership fee is allocated to our impact pool. The pool funds grassroots projects chosen with input from our member community through the voting feature. Worthmore reserves the right to make the final allocation decision. Impact contributions are not tax-deductible donations.

6. Cancellation

6.1 How to Cancel

You can request cancellation at any time through your membership dashboard or by emailing founders@worthmore.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your SIM will be deactivated at the end of the billing period. You may port your number to another provider before that date. Impact contributions made before cancellation are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities or in violation of any applicable law
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the mobile subscription
  • Abuse the voting system (e.g., creating multiple accounts to manipulate results)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on worthmore.io are owned by Worthmore ApS and protected under Danish and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Worthmore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to network outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by our network partner.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, or through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
